In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their slime factory experience. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive experience for all, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their experience. * Process transactions accurately and handle cash with precision. * Maintain knowledge of current bookings, inquiries, and store policies to effectively assist customers. * Assist demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Skills * Must enjoy working with kids * Strong communication skills * Cash handling experience to ensure secure transactions. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
