The Sales Call Center Supervisor is a front-line position handling the overall day-to-day activity and performance of the team of sales agents. Tasks are varied, non-routine, and complex. This is a salaried, full-time, in-office position. Comprehensive compensation and benefits to be discussed in interview Days off can either be Sunday & Wednesday OR Sunday & Monday SALES CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The position will require excellent communication in all forms, exceptional administrative skills, organization and project management in addition to the responsibilities listed below.

• Supervises the overall activity and performance of the sales team
• Scheduling and call queue maintenance
• Assist in problem resolution, process improvement, and application of company policies and guidelines
• Monitors calls and provides feedback in a routine and timely manner, conducts scheduled agent coaching
• Additional job responsibilities will be assigned as necessary
