The Sales Call Center Supervisor is a front-line position handling the overall day-to-day activity and performance of the team of sales agents. Tasks are varied, non-routine, and complex. This is a salaried, full-time, in-office position. Comprehensive compensation and benefits to be discussed in interview Days off can either be Sunday & Wednesday OR Sunday & Monday SALES CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The position will require excellent communication in all forms, exceptional administrative skills, organization and project management in addition to the responsibilities listed below. * Supervises the overall activity and performance of the sales team * Scheduling and call queue maintenance * Assist in problem resolution, process improvement, and application of company policies and guidelines * Monitors calls and provides feedback in a routine and timely manner, conducts scheduled agent coaching * Additional job responsibilities will be assigned as necessary * Assist the manager with various special projects SALES SUPERVISOR BENEFITS: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance EXPERIENCE: * Sales: 1 year * Supervising: 1 year * Scheduling for multiple employees * Coaching * Email management/organizational skills Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear and use hands to handle, feel, or type.
