Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-Field Sales Representative to join our team. As an In-Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: * Engaging with prospective clients, primarily homeowners in new developments, to introduce our pool construction services. * Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, present our portfolio of pool designs, and guide clients through the decision-making process. * Your goal is to build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth and reputation of our company. Responsibilities: * Introduce and promote our services to prospective clients. * Conduct thorough site assessments to understand customer requirements and site feasibility. * Present and demonstrate various pool designs and customization options. * Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, emphasizing the value and benefits of our services. * Address client inquiries and concerns regarding pool construction logistics, pricing, permits, and maintenance. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in CRM systems. * Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong ability to conduct site assessments and understand technical aspects of pool construction. * Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the designated territory.
