Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-Field Sales Representative to join our team. As an In-Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with prospective clients, primarily homeowners in new developments, to introduce our pool construction services.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, present our portfolio of pool designs, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
• Your goal is to build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth and reputation of our company.

Responsibilities

:

• Introduce and promote our services to prospective clients.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to understand customer requirements and site feasibility.
• Present and demonstrate various pool designs and customization options.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, emphasizing the value and benefits of our services.
• Address client inquiries and concerns regarding pool construction logistics, pricing, permits, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to conduct site assessments and understand technical aspects of pool construction.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the designated territory.
