About the Role Senior Benefit Services (SBS) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a licensed Medicare insurance agent. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced professional, assisting with client retention and new business acquisition while delivering outstanding service to seniors. Why Join Senior Benefit Services? * Be part of a fast-growing company * Work in a dynamic, high-energy environment that's both fun and rewarding * Make a meaningful impact by helping seniors save hundreds--or even thousands--on healthcare Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls and provide support to clients, prospects, and staff * Input and manage client prescription and health data using various software tools * Assist in identifying and recommending cost-effective prescription drug plans * Conduct annual reviews with clients to gather updated medical information * Upload and organize insurance applications and medical forms into multiple databases * Use internal tools to manage client lists and coordinate follow-up communications * Perform general administrative tasks and support additional office duties as needed Qualifications * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities * Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines * Comfortable using basic computer systems and office software * Friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to learn * Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred, especially in healthcare or insurance About Senior Benefit Services (SBS) Senior Benefit Services, has been helping seniors access affordable healthcare since 1975.
