• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Minimum of 6-12 months real estate experience
• Strong closer, follow-up machine, and motivated to grow

• Coachable and tech-savvy (or willing to learn fast)

Compensation

: This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings. Our systems, support, and lead flow allow experienced full time agents to consistently earn $100,000+ annually while spending less time on the grind and more time working with qualified clients.
