Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options. * Provide detailed explanations of policy features, benefits, and terms to clients. * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction. * Administer benefits and assist clients in understanding their options. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and market analysis. * Engage in outside sales activities to expand client base and promote services. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to effectively negotiate and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds. * Familiarity with benefits administration and insurance products is a plus. * Experience in telemarketing or market research is advantageous. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our clientele. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. * A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
