We are now expanding our leadership and looking for a skilled Appointment Setter Manager to join our growing solar division. If you have a background in door-to-door sales (solar, alarms, pest, insurance, or fiber), this is your chance to step into a high-impact leadership role with unmatched growth potential.

Responsibilities

Duties

:

• Train and manage a team of appointment setters
• Lead by example in the field--actively participate in door-to-door canvassing
• Set appointments for solar consultations while maintaining high conversion quality
• Track and manage team KPIs and performance metrics
• Motivate and develop reps through coaching and mentorship
• Collaborate with upper management to scale team growth and territory expansion

Qualifications

:

• Previous D2D sales experience is required (solar highly preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for helping others succeed
• Ability to self-manage and hold others accountable
• Comfortable working outdoors and leading from the front
• Experience in coaching, canvassing teams, or recruiting is a big plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
