Work in paradise!! Take a boat to work everyday!!! : ) Our perfect candidate is someone who is positive, detail oriented, and motivated. Someone who can work well alone, or as part of a team. We are a seasonally driven business. You must be able to handle days that are extremely busy, as well as slower days. We are a resort, so we do work Weekends, Holidays and evenings. Job duties include but are not limited to: Customer Service, Cash Handling, Inventory, Merchandising, and Sales. Uniquely, we also assist other departments and you will perform a variety of tasks and functions. We believe in providing an outstanding experience for everyone that visits Cabbage Key, so a happy friendly personality is a must!! : ) We do provide transportation to and from Cabbage Key via Pineland Marina, so timeliness is also important. Also note that you would be taking a boat to work, so if you are someone that gets sea sick, please keep that in mind before applying. Ideally our perfect candidate will have a background in either Retail, Reservations or some form of Resort experience. While experience is preferred, it is not necessary for the right person.
