Responsibilities: - Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business for a local structural repair company meet sales targets - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management - Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions - Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients Experience: - Proven experience in technology sales or related field - Strong track record in business development and achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred - Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Join our dynamic sales team as an Outside Sales Representative!
