What You 'll Be Doing: * Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling!) * Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team * Clearly communicate the value of our products and services * Meet and exceed set performance-based goals What We 're Looking For: * Great communication and interpersonal skills * Strong work ethic and self-motivation * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment * Prior phone or sales experience is a plus, but not required - we train the right people!
