Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and building lasting relationships. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Duties * Conduct door-to-door visits to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services. * Utilize effective sales techniques such as warm calling and outbound calling to generate interest and secure appointments. * Develop a thorough understanding of the market and customer needs to tailor presentations accordingly. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using software tools. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-sale. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Experience * Previous experience in sales, particularly in door-to-door or technology sales, is preferred. * Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales strategies is a plus. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. * Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. * A proactive approach to business development and market engagement.
