We are looking for a talented and dynamic In-home Sales Rep / Insulation Inspector to join us in the San Antonio and Austin territories who demand of themselves to make $60,000-$120,000.00 or more. Job Description: We are looking for an In-home Sales Rep / Insulation Inspector/Project Manager whose duties include but are not limited to: * Pre-Set Appointments * Conduct in-home "Insulation Inspection" where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of using injection foam insulation. * Excellent knowledge of and high ability to sell in-home * Have an unrelenting drive to sell high volume consistently * Understands the vital steps to any sale and knows how to close * Can teach customers about our products * Is a team player and takes initiative and responsibility * Can listen and knows how to create rapport with a customer in their home * Knows how to deliver the benefits of our service * Can rapidly assess the needs of the customer and communicate it in a way that makes sense and brings in the sale Requirements * Excellent in-home sales track record * Home Improvement Sales experience * High caliber sales ability * Knows all the key steps of in-home sales and how to apply each step * Experience in home improvement products transfers well to this position * Great attitude * A valid license * A very strong will to succeed * Self-motivated * Excellent Follow up skills * A realistic opportunity to earn $60,000-$120,000 each year * Great leads - we get them and schedule them * A great product, delivered by quality licensed, bonded and insured technicians * A great company environment * Unparalleled training to sell the product * Great Commission Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $39,450.00 - $178,148.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * Do you have experience with selling home improvements? * Are you willing to drive your personal car within Central Texas (Austin, San Antonio, ect.) * Do you have experience in in-home sales?
