Compensation: $92,000 - $189,000.00 yearly Responsibilities: * Generate leads for potential clients * Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills * Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent * Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall * Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals * Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients * Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents * Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently Qualifications: * Real estate license or the motivation to get one * No experience is required; training will be provided * Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
