This Job is COMMISSIONED BASED, the more work the more money! Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective account management. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress. * Conduct B2B sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively. * Engage in retail sales activities by understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions. * Leverage technology sales knowledge to educate clients about the benefits of our products and services. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and share best practices for success. * Actively participate in direct sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Skills * Proven experience in account management with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads and track sales performance effectively. * Strong background in B2B sales, with an understanding of retail sales dynamics. * Experience in technology sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
