We are currently seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to join our office in the West Palm area. The role of Wireless Sales Representative is a front-facing position that emphasizes engaging target audiences and creating a memorable sales experience. The primary responsibility of this position is to assess customer needs and develop a strong, mutually beneficial relationship between customers and the client. Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Representative: * Present products and services directly to prospective customers utilizing promotional sales techniques and quality-focused methods. * Conduct engaging product presentations that positively influence customers' lifestyles and circumstances. * Serve as the primary point of contact between new customer accounts and the client to ensure a positive sales experience and facilitate customer retention. * Communicate policy updates and product knowledge with clarity and accuracy. * Manage and advise customer accounts using a pre-vetted set of leads to qualify prospective customers. * Exhibit a thorough understanding of products and services to identify opportunities for upselling. * Employ organizational skills to meticulously track all customer interactions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.
