Canvassing Manager - Field Sales Solar Works Energy | Colorado Solar Works Energy is seeking an experienced and driven Canvassing Manager to lead a high-performing field sales team in residential solar. This is a field- based leadership role requiring a mix of door-to-door sales skills, team management, and performance accountability. What We Offer: * $3,000/month base salary (upon meeting performance benchmarks) * Lucrative commission structure - high payouts per solar installation * Bi-weekly pay schedule * Average total compensation: $6,000-$10,000+/mo * Career advancement path to Regional Manager * Industry-leading training, tools, and mentorship Requirements Your Responsibilities: * Actively engage in door-to-door canvassing and lead generation * Motivate and coach your canvassing team to hit KPIs * Manage team reporting, tracking, and daily goals * Represent the Solar Works brand with professionalism and integrity * Previous D2D canvassing experience (required) * Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred) * Strong communicator, goal-oriented, and results-driven * Comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments * Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save.
