Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Remodeling and Construction sales team selling big ticket items. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in retail and account management, and have the ability to effectively upsell and manage territories. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct regular territory management to maximize sales potential within assigned regions. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. * Provide technical sales expertise, particularly in technology-related products or services. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing product benefits and features. * Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling strategies and account management. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong background in retail sales preferred. * Excellent account management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Strong upselling techniques that drive revenue growth. * Experience in territory management to effectively cover assigned areas. * Familiarity with inside sales processes and collaboration techniques. * Ability to conduct cold calling effectively to generate leads. * Analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs accurately. * Knowledge of technical or technology sales is a plus but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach.
