Job Summary

This position is 1099 Commission Only with weekly pay. RPG is looking for high-energy, motivated sales pros who are ready to take ownership of their income and build a career with one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Southwest Florida. Compensation

Plan (No Guesswork):

• 10% commission on total contract value (Sell a $20,000 roof = $2,000 in your pocket)
• Bonus Tiers:
• 5 signed jobs/month = $500
• 10 signed jobs/month = $1,250
• $300K in quarterly revenue = $2,500 bonus
• $500 referral bonus for any hire that sticks Paid weekly - no waiting around. What We Provide:

• Sales training and on-the-roof coaching Your Day-to-Day:
• Canvass neighborhoods, follow up on leads, and build your pipeline
• Visit our business partners and solicit new business
• Build your own book of business
• Attend HOA and association meetings and community events
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
• Present solutions and close deals
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the job lifecycle
• Represent RPG with professionalism and confidence

Who You Are

:

• 1+ year of commission-based or D2D sales experience preferred
• Comfortable using a ladder and working around roofs
• Confident cold caller and persuasive communicator
• Self-driven, organized, and hungry to earn
