Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated area by building strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and customer service skills, with a focus on technology sales. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area targets. * Conduct inside sales activities, including lead generation and upselling to existing customers. * Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales processes and improve overall performance. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in on-premise and off-premise spirits industry. * Strong skills in lead generation and business development. * Proficiency with Excel. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
