Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. Your ability to analyze pest issues and implement appropriate treatments will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to our reputation as a leader in the pest control industry. This position requires strong communication skills, as you will also engage in direct sales activities, including lead generation and account management. Responsibilities * Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods. * Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively according to established guidelines. * Educate clients about pest prevention techniques and recommend services that meet their needs. * Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling additional services and generating new leads through networking and referrals. * Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer interactions, and sales activities using software tools such as Salesforce. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent account management practices. * Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety regulations to ensure compliance. Experience * Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Strong skills in direct sales, lead generation, and account management are highly desirable. * Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively. * Proficiency in using software tools for scheduling, reporting, and managing customer accounts is beneficial.
