* HIRING IMMEDIATELY IN BOYNTON BEACH, FL RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) AND INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST Be part of our purpose oriented proactive team who anticipate needs and are service focused. Support and develop customer accounts, provide quotes, fulfill orders, and learn valuable industry skills. The RMA Specialist is a liaison for customers and manufacturers who obtains warranty details, verifies all ticket information given and requests repair or replacement of defective or improperly installed items on behalf of the customer. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Follows various vendor's RMA procedures to ensure prompt service to customers * Ties in sales and purchase orders or references them for other sales associates to be able to follow any RMA * Sets up Purchase Return and Sales Return Orders * Some warehouse work required, when necessary, including stocking and lifting products * Posts Sales Credit Memos when needed * Works with accounts payable to provide accurate credits and posting of credits * Provides contact information for manufacturer tech support when needed * Establishes relationships with Vendor RMA contacts * Works closely with Assistant Manager during inventory * Maintain location's RMA spreadsheet * Customer service and sales * Answer phones using proper phone etiquette and assist Will Call customers at the Branch * Support and fulfill requests received via email from customers and other company locations * Enter orders and provide sales quotes in a timely manner * Utilize company system for stock verification as needed for sales fulfillment * Source items on materials requests * Process customer payments * Actively participate in company and vendor-offered training opportunities * Light cold calling when requested * Follow company procedures and policies * Required to count inventory once a quarter on prescheduled weekend determined by the office team * Must follow all OSHA and safety procedures QUALIFICATIONS: * Valid Driver's license * Able to pass drug test/background check * Has read and fully understands the RMA Handbook * Some lifting may be required, up to 50-70 lb boxes * Detail oriented, organized, and self-reliant * Strong follow through and time management skills * Able to speak, write and read in English, bilingual helpful * Team Player * Strong typing skills; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Windows helpful * Strong customer service skills * Effective communication skills via phone, email and in person * Product and industry knowledge or readiness to learn * Some lifting is required, possibly up to 70 lbs, if necessary. * Sense of urgency * Goal oriented * Problem solving skills * Basic math skills * Must follow all OSHA and safety procedures * Willingness to actively participate in ongoing training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
