As a Sales Representative with us, your day will revolve around outbound calling, following up on warm leads, and guiding small business owners through the debt relief application process. You'll engage with prospects in meaningful conversations, collect qualifying documents, and submit completed applications to our internal underwriting team. Once submitted, files are handled by our Closer team--but the more you learn, the faster you'll move up and take on that Closer role yourself!

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Experience in phone sales or call center environments is strongly preferred.
• Background in car sales, collections, or other fast-paced, short-term sales cycles is ideal.
• Must be coachable, self-motivated, and eager to grow within the company.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn CRM and dialer systems.
