Through our personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, we help busy professionals, athletes, seniors, and everyday movers feel better, move easier, and unlock their potential. What You'll Do As a Sales Associate at StretchLab Peachtree Corners, you will be the friendly face and driving force behind our studio's success. You'll turn first-time guests into lifelong fans by providing an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door. Sales & Membership Growth * Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage leads, re-engage past clients, and book introductory stretch sessions * Lead studio tours with enthusiasm, sharing what makes StretchLab Peachtree Corners special * Close sales with confidence by focusing on the benefits, not just the price * Handle objections with empathy, positivity, and professionalism * Upsell retail products and membership upgrades that enhance the client journey Client Experience & Studio Operations * Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and energetic experience for guests and members * Manage multiple tasks at once--check-ins, phone calls, booking sessions, and front desk operations * Jump in to assist with studio needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally * Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and client-ready * Utilize ClubReady (or similar CRM software) to track leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively Community & Marketing Support * Support local marketing campaigns, studio events, and social media initiatives to generate new leads * Represent StretchLab Peachtree Corners with professionalism and passion--both inside and outside the studio Who You Are * You have previous sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based industry (studio, gym, spa, boutique, etc.) * You are comfortable making outbound calls and following a proven sales process * You are organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented , always striving to outperform your targets * You naturally build rapport with clients and create connections with ease * You're proactive, a problem-solver , and take ownership of your role * You're available for 20 -25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day * You live locally or have a reliable commute to Peachtree Corners, GA * You're excited by commission opportunities and performance bonuses What You Get * Competitive hourly wage + commission + monthly performance bonuses * Opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing health and wellness brand * A supportive, fun, and high-energy team culture * The chance to make a meaningful difference in the health and lives of our community members Ready to Stretch Your Career Potential?
