$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Pay: $18.00 per hour | Full-Time | 40 hours/week Are you looking to kickstart your career in sales with a supportive team behind you? We're hiring full-time Call Service Representatives to join our dynamic inside sales team. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy talking to people and want to grow their career in a meaningful way. No sales experience? No problem - we provide all the training you need. $1,000 Sign-On Bonus - Employees must meet minimum performance expectations at the time of payout to be eligible.

What You'll Do

:

• Engage prospective clients over the phone and explain our services
• Follow up via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

:

• No experience necessary - on-the-job training provided
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and people skills
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
