Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Launch program * Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes * Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers * Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology * Host two open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards * Take part in team activities as per team guidelines * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties * Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications * You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. * You excel at establishing connections, understanding others' needs, and finding solutions. * Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise. * Handling objections is second nature to you. * You are an effective communicator dedicated to providing excellent service. * Collaborative team member * Licensed in real estate * Exceptional written and oral communication abilities * Eager to learn and focused on growth * Highly organized * Open to learning scripts and dialogues * Outstanding time management skills About-our-team At Place Montana , our mission is to deliver unparalleled service to our clients.
