We're looking for a seasoned real estate professional to support and mentor both new and experienced agents. This unique opportunity allows you to expand your real estate team while guiding others through hands-on experience and industry insight. You'll be provided with a steady stream of agent leads--both licensed and in- training--who are actively enrolled in our coaching program. As you help them gain valuable knowledge and develop their careers, they'll assist in growing your team and business. This model is designed to be mutually beneficial: you scale your real estate presence while giving others the chance to succeed under your leadership. Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Coach and teach contracts * Teach database and COI marketing * CRM training * Coaching appointments * Weekly accountability with agents * Help negotiate contracts * Individual Sales * Grow a team Qualifications: * A valid Real Estate License is required * Real estate sales experience * Completed transactions * Team player * Coachable and trainable * Attend ongoing trainings and events * Commission opportunity About Company HH Associates is built on the principles of honesty, integrity, hard work, and professionalism.
