This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and building their own business through our Sub-Dealer Program, with little to no upfront investment required--just the right experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Leadership : Take charge of driving sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the solar and roofing industries.
• Client Relations : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
• Sub-Dealer Program : Leverage our proven Sub-Dealer Model to establish and grow your own business with support and resources to ensure quick success.
• Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual client needs and market trends, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
• Team Management : Oversee the performance of your own sub-dealer network (if applicable), ensuring they meet company standards and sales goals.
• Brand Representation : Represent our well-established solar and roofing brand, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Performance Tracking : Set and track sales targets, providing regular reports on performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

:

• Sales Experience : Proven track record in sales with a focus on closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset : Strong desire to build and grow a personal business within a structured framework.
• Customer Service Excellence : High-level skills in customer service and relationship management.
• Integrity and Honesty : A commitment to honesty and integrity in all dealings, ensuring the highest ethical standards.
• Branded Company Experience : Experience working with branded companies, particularly in solar, roofing, or similar industries, is a plus.
• Leadership Abilities : Ability to lead and manage a network of salespeople, while also being self-driven and independent.
• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for building relationships with clients and team members. Computer Skills required.
