We are growing and are seeking an experienced and committed Insurance Agent to join our team. We are looking for a spirited and results-driven Licensed Insurance Agent with a proven record in insurance sales. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, passionate, self-driven, and a salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest insurance sales representative, you will market and sell our insurance products to prospective clients and cross-sell to existing customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate policies and endorsements. Candidates should have a deep understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a commitment to delivering first-class service. Responsibilities * Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social selling. Qualifications: * Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role. * Active General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. * Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. * Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Agency Zoom). * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the Insurance industry. * Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to the industry.
