Red Wagon Properties is looking for a professional real estate agent to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, a team player, highly motivated and ready to make a difference. * TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED. We are looking for a professional to be the front face to new owner's looking for management. Real estate agent responsibilities include closing and onboarding new owners and their properties. Responsibilities * Provide guidance and assist Landlords in the pre-marketing process * Sending out Property Management Agreements * Onboarding properties into the software * Assigning properties out to marketing agents * Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' rental value * Cooperate with in house staff effectively to faciliate efficient turnover and repairs * Promote Rentals through advertisements, open houses and listing services * Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Skills * Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson * Working experience in Single Family Property Management * Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills * Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills * Pleasant and trustworthy * MS Office familiarity * Buildium experience a plus! * Real estate agent's or broker's license Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Schedule: * Choose your own hours * On call * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * San Antonio, TX 78248 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * San Antonio, TX 78248: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Antonio, TX 78248
