Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for helping others, with the ability to comfortably talk with prospective clients about sales.

Duties

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
• Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities, assisting in technical sales discussions and presentations.
• Analyze customer feedback and technical issues to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Manage projects related to product implementation and customer onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to AWS, VMWare, Linux, and computer networking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or similar role, with a strong understanding of computer networking concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS services and VMWare virtualization technology is highly desirable.
• Experience in technical sales or pre-sales environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Project management experience is beneficial for overseeing customer implementations.
