Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. Duties * Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding. * Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities, assisting in technical sales discussions and presentations. * Analyze customer feedback and technical issues to identify trends and recommend improvements. * Manage projects related to product implementation and customer onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to AWS, VMWare, Linux, and computer networking. Requirements * Proven experience in a technical support or similar role, with a strong understanding of computer networking concepts. * Familiarity with AWS services and VMWare virtualization technology is highly desirable. * Experience in technical sales or pre-sales environments is a plus. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users. * Project management experience is beneficial for overseeing customer implementations. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
