YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK THE FOLLOWING DAYS / HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9AM-6PM and Saturday from 9AM-4PM. Please do not apply if you are unable to work these hours. Sundays 11PM-5PM, when necessary. Re-Bath is the largest national provider of bathroom remodeling with the help of large home improvement stores like Lowe's Home Improvement and The Home Depot. We are growing and looking for enthusiastic, motivated and influential collaborators to join our team. In our lead setter group workflow changes and moves rapidly, the expectation would require the candidate to quickly adapt to circumstantial accommodations in our sales market. It is essential the candidate has the ability to multi task and execute multiple daily task and deadlines. Appointment Setter Duties: * Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for prospective customer/ leads, schedule appointments for our Design Consultants. * Screen with qualifying questions and enter data into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Coordinate and reschedule appointments for our internal customers (Design Consultants / Management ) and our external prospective customers. * Provide assistance to customers entering the showroom. * Provide support and assistance in office administration. * Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sale system, tools, training and resources.
