Summary We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at World Car Auto Group. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in driving sales performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be vital in achieving our mission of providing exceptional automotive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily dealership operations and sales activities.
• Support sales staff in achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes.
• Conduct training sessions for new sales associates on best practices and product knowledge.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or automotive sales, with a strong track record of performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively and understand retail math principles.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
