Job Description We are seeking aBilingual passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. * 9055 Marbach Rd San Antonio, Tx 78245 Salary: $54000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off * Responsibilities* * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. * Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. * Process customer policy change requests. Requirements * Bilingual * Hold a current General Lines License or Personal Lines License * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Create relationships from a cold start. * Prior Sales Experience. * Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. * Strong work ethic and leadership skills. * Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred. * Hold a current General Lines License or Personal Lines License Company Description I've gotten to know many local families as an Allstate agent in San Antonio.
