Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash with precision.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Assist in stock management, including receiving shipments and conducting inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers.
• Basic math skills; knowledge of retail math is a plus.
