Franchise Sales Associate Job Summary: The Franchise Sales Associate will play a key support role on the Franchise Development team, helping to drive franchise expansion and net unit growth at Smalls Sliders. This role supports the VP of Franchise Development in managing the franchise sales pipeline, executing administrative tasks, engaging with franchisee candidates, and supporting deal progression through closing. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about building relationships in a fast-paced, growing brand environment. This is a high- visibility opportunity for someone early in their franchise development career to gain hands-on experience and grow with an emerging national QSR brand. Key Responsibilities: * Be the first point of contact for franchise candidates, managing initial outreach, pre-qualification, and territory inquiries. * Assist with calendar management, including setting up introductory calls, webinars, and presentations for franchise prospects. * Support the VP of Franchise Development throughout the sales cycle, including candidate follow-ups and milestone tracking. * Maintain accurate records in FranConnect and assist with CRM data management, reporting, and pipeline tracking. * Manage and update all franchise development platforms, including listings, blogs, the franchise development website, and lead portals. * Coordinate logistics for franchise development events, Discovery Days, and trade shows. * Prepare and maintain franchise documentation (NDAs, applications, agreements), ensuring secure file storage and compliance. * Assist in onboarding new franchisees, including set-up in FranConnect and transition to Operations/Support teams. * Provide ongoing administrative support across the franchise sales lifecycle and team needs. * Contribute to market research and analysis efforts to identify high-priority development markets. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required. * 1-3 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or similar business development role; franchise/QSR experience preferred. * Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably FranConnect), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Experience working in an environment with cross-functional teams is a plus.
