You'll be the face of the brand, building relationships with gyms, physicians, wellness businesses, and community partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys authentic networking, and knows how to grow a brand from the inside out. * Breakdown of Responsibilities * 70% | In-person networking and outreach: Build and maintain referral partnerships with gyms, doctors' offices, and health/wellness providers * 10% | CRM & Email Marketing: Coordinate follow-ups, send newsletters, and maintain outreach pipelines * 20% | Social Media Engagement: Represent the Impact brand online and contribute to our digital presence * You Might Be a Perfect Fit If You: * Have experience growing businesses or departments and love strategic outreach * Are a natural at B2B networking and relationship development * Have a proven track record of success with referrals, leads, or business growth * Present yourself with confidence, warmth, and professionalism * Are passionate about health, wellness, and helping others thrive * Are tech-savvy and familiar with email marketing, social media, and CRMs * Enjoy being out in the community, sparking conversations, and connecting people to value * Bonus if you have: * Healthcare, physical therapy, or fitness industry experience * Workers' comp or provider relationship knowledge (not required but appreciated) * Ready to Make an Impact?
