Overview: A leading new home builder in the Atlanta Metroplex is seeking a motivated, experienced Independent Real Estate Broker to partner with us in listing and marketing newly built homes. This is a flexible, monthly project- based opportunity for a dynamic real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by effectively listing properties, attracting qualified buyers, and working closely with our sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: * Listing Management: Oversee the process of listing new homes, ensuring properties are accurately represented in MLS and other listing platforms. Qualifications: * Active Georgia Real Estate Broker's license. This is a requirement. Do not apply unless you have this. * Proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in new construction or residential homes. * Strong knowledge of the Atlanta Metroplex real estate market. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the builder's team. * Proficiency in MLS systems.
