Overview

: We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you'll engage with clients face- to-face on a daily basis, building relationships and providing exceptional service. You will be a key part of our sales and marketing efforts, representing our brand and helping to drive business success through direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their needs.
• Lead by example, motivating your teammates and supporting each other to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
• Promote and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members on a daily basis.
• Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions, special offers, and new products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication skills. (Both in-person and in group settings.)
• Proven experience in sales or retail , demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service and the sales process.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, while maintaining high standards of service. Pay &
