Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in residential and commercial restoration markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, and industry professionals
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Present and explain Paul Davis Restoration's services to potential clients and partners
• Prepare and negotiate contracts to meet customer needs and company objectives
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth job execution and customer satisfaction
• Track and report sales activity, providing regular updates on pipeline and closed deals
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
• Represent Paul Davis Restoration at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions What We 're Looking For:
• Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
