We are looking for motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate new leads and close sales in targeted neighborhoods. What You 'll Do

• Canvass residential areas to promote our window and roofing services
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of impact windows and roof replacements
• Schedule appointments and assist with client onboarding
• Follow up with leads to close sales and manage customer relationships
• Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Previous door-to-door or commission-based sales experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of home improvement (windows or roofing) is a plus
