Position Outline - Customer service, work with existing customers, new customers and work with producers to assist is maintenance, service and placement of their insurance needs. Some day to day tasks : receiving and returning phone calls, computer rating via insurance company portals, utilizing our agency computer management system for input, application, issuing certificates and other standard accord forms and other customer documentation. common interaction with various company underwriters for new and renewal business marketing.
