Full description of the position

We are a full service independent insurance agency seeking a customer service professional to support our Insurance Producers with the sales and service of Personal Lines Accounts. This position requires you to be fully knowledgeable of the various aspects, coverage, and needs of each account. You will need to become familiar with all carrier rating programs and underwriting guidelines. You will need to assist Producers with the marketing and placement of both new and renewal business. Prompt and efficient customer service is vital in this role.

Requirements

For Personal Lines Account Manager

• 3+ years Personal Lines Account Manager experience in an independent insurance agency required
• Must hold a current GA P&C License
• Experience with Insurance Agency Management software, specifically Epic is a plus
• The desire to continue to learn, strong customer service skills & develop rapport with underwriters
