Our agents are currently receiving new buyer leads daily and building a pipeline of both immediate and future business. In addition to providing the leads, we also provide the tech stack and accountability systems necessary to help motivated agents reach their goals. Most importantly you'll be coached directly by me. With tens of thousands of Real Estate prospecting, follow-up and negotiating conversations under my belt, I can help you gain the confidence you need to set more appointments, and close more deals. It is not easy to earn 6 figures anywhere on the Grand Strand and surrounding areas. Real Estate is one of the few positions you can have where you can make over $100,000 and have time to enjoy doing things you like to do outside of work. Job Type: Commission Pay: $51,425.00 - $120,099.00 should be obtainable year one for you Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $51,425.00 - $120,099.00 per year A great candidate is someone who knows they can do more business but is not receiving the coaching, training, or lead flow needed to be successful. You'll report directly to Brendon Payne, one of the market's top listing and selling agents who has a track record of developing talent from new licensees and agents who feel stuck in their production. Our team continues to use the best technology, training, and automation which allows our team to have an advantage over the competition. We're a close knit group and like to see each other win and accomplish our goals. You'll also have direct referral access to our team members in the Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Columbia, Upstate SC, and Wilmington Offices.
