This role is pivotal in enhancing customer relationships and driving sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be located in the United States and will play a key role in supporting our mission of excellence in service. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. * Provide expert advice on product offerings and assist customers in making informed decisions. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies for increasing market share. * Utilize POS systems to track sales data and customer interactions effectively. * Assist in training junior staff on customer service best practices. Requirements * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a retail or advisory capacity. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and sales reporting. * Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations effectively. * Experience with POS systems is a plus.
