This position converts and oversees incoming company leads for property management and also property sales. Additionally, you will assist with incoming maintenance work orders. While we emphasize management we have done many hundreds of investment-based sales per year as well. Requirements: -Real Estate license required -Ability to present the company professionally. -Willingness to adapt to perpetually evolving company systems/procedures/work flows This is a more systematic and regular approach to real estate that provides you with dependable income with highly lucrative bonuses that get into the 5 figures quickly. The big bonus to this position is you can also be eligible for the buyer leads that call in and can work your own personal leads with favorable splits.
