Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share * Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance and productivity * Set sales targets and closely monitor performance, providing guidance and support to team members as needed * Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth and increase revenue * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers * Work with leadership to develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation * Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives * Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to ensure a competitive edge * Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies for management review Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes? * 5+ years sales experience (Home Installation and Repair highly desired) * 3+ years Sales Management experience * Extensive understanding of B to C sales specific to HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving * Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices * Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Preferred: * HVAC, Water Treatment, and Plumbing knowledge * In-Home Sales and Management Experience * Ride-Along Assessments * Experience with ServiceTitan Software _ Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
