Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and sales opportunities. * Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that align with their needs. * Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records. * Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence. * Provide guidance on HIPAA regulations as they pertain to insurance products. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. * Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment. * A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
