Title: Sales Professional About the Company: Ivy Lea Construction is a proven high quality home improvement firm with professional installers. We are looking for an experienced salesperson to sell a full range of home improvements. The Sales Representative is responsible for establishing relationships with customers and providing them with home improvement solutions. We believe that this is not just a sales job, but a rewarding career!

Responsibilities

include:

• Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients
• Applies knowledge of home improvement product features to match products to the needs of clients

Qualifications

include:

• The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of residential construction experience as well as sales experience in that field
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
• Thorough understanding of home improvement products and operations with the ability to communicate that information effectively
• Previous experience in construction, production, or related fields - furniture, home furnishings, flooring, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality etc.
• Valid Driver License and the ability to travel to clients or potential clients within Erie and Niagara County with company vehicle
• Basic computer knowledge required
• NO cold calling

Benefits

and Wages: Income ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 with unlimited earning potential depending on your sales success.
