Position: Boutique Retail Assistant Manager Location: Tequesta, FL Terms: Full-time or 4 days a week. Saturday's are a must. Requirements: 2+ Years of retail experience; Saturday and holiday availability required This position is for age 21+ About Us: Sea Lustre is a woman-owned and ran fashion brand based in Tequesta, FL. We design and manufacture our own line of bohemian inspired women's clothing and pearl jewelry. Please include a cover letter with previous retail leadership & sales roles. We are currently seeking lead sales person & stylist for our Tequesta boutique. Our ideal candidate will have strong retail skills with a sharp business mindset. The perfect individual is a confident self-starter who loves fashion, people and is able to multitask in a fast past environment. Responsibilities: Creating a welcoming, energetic and professional boutique environment * Co-Leading daily operations to assure our boutique runs smoothly by supporting our team * Overseeing and assisting in storefront opening and closing procedures * Monitoring and maximizing sales, working to meet and exceed sales goals by being an active participant on the sales floor * Providing a superior customer experience, including resolving issues with customers and team as necessary * Styling & preforming daily "Try On's" on camera for social media * Offering sales techniques to our team (and training programs if necessary) * Hosting community events and coordinating sip & shops and off-site pop-ups * Assisting with models and photoshoots * Act as Sea Lustre representative and lead example for our team * In-depth knowledge of Sea Lustre merchandise, product location and prices * Maintaining inventory control for our boutique and coordinating replenishment from our wholesale warehouse * Maintaining supply inventory for back office and warehouse * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment * Packing and/or checking online orders prior to shipping * Receive Wholesale Shipments * Most importantly, you will have a willingness to learn and ability to treat everyone in our Sea Lustre Family as if they are your own.
